MOSCOW, Aug 19 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian oil company Gazprom Neft soared to 217.2 billion rubles in January–June from 8.2 billion rubles in the same period of 2020, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Revenue soared by 46.6% to 1.338 trillion rubles.
Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 434.599 billion rubles after 181.98 billion rubles in the same period of 2020.
